Glenn Carmichael has been facilitating novel writing courses in Bristol since 2001. Previously the courses took place at the Arnolfini Arts Centre, but this year we will will be moving to Windmill Hill City Farm, Bedminster. The sessions are from 7pm to 9pm.

This is the most comprehensive novel writing course in Bristol. Through the academic year there are four courses which progress from planning a novel to presenting a finished manuscript to agents.

8 sessions - Thurs 7-9pm. Starts 30 Sept 2010.
This 8-week course will help with establishing a writing schedule, planning your novel and developing plot structure, characterisation, dialogue, point of view, etc, as well as give you valuable feedback on your writing. To find out more and enrol.

An 8-week course for people who are planning or have started writing a novel. Exploring advancement of plot, characterisation, location and style, as well as giving you valuable feedback along the way as you establish a routine for writing your manuscript. 	DEVELOP YOUR NOVEL (course code C3521480) - Windmill Hill City Farm, Bristol, BS3 4EA. 8 sessions - Mon 7-9pm. Starts 17 March 2011. A course to help edit, structure and enhance your story. With guides to help progress key scenes, develop plot and improve tense, point of view & dialogue. Encouraging feedback among the group to assist you to advance your novel towards completion.
